Howdy. My name is Yiran Luo (罗 怡然), or simply Lawrence, which is my handle. I am currently a first-year PhD student at ASU CIDSE. My major research interest is Natural Language Processing, specifically Machine Translation. But I’m eager to explore anything interesting.

  • I’m a gamer. I own a PS4 and a Nintendo Switch, and sometimes play PC games. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been my recent favorite.
